Orientation Days for International Students
The upcoming Orientation Days will be organized one week prior the winter semester between September 14-18, 2026
We are excited to welcome our new students to Prague and the Prague University of Economics and Business! During Orientation Days, you will have the opportunity to meet fellow students, get familiar with campus life, complete important study-related activities, and prepare for a successful start to the semester.
The programme includes social events organized by ESN VSE Prague, study programme sessions, and information activities provided by the VSE International Office. It is the perfect opportunity to make new friends, discover Prague, and begin your academic journey with confidence.

First-year IBB students’ meeting:
This introductory session is designed to help you start your studies with confidence and gain a clear understanding of what awaits you in the coming months. We will introduce you to the university environment, explain the structure of the IBB programme, and guide you through the most important study requirements, procedures, and academic responsibilities.
The meeting is also a great opportunity to ask questions, meet members of the programme team, and connect with your fellow classmates before the semester begins. We look forward to welcoming you to the IBB community and supporting you as you begin this exciting new chapter of your academic journey. We are looking forward to meeting you on September 17, 2026, at 10:00 in NB B.
Welcome to FIR:
Starting university is an exciting new chapter, and we would like to help you begin it with confidence. Whether you would like to learn more about studying at VŠE, meet your future classmates, or simply become familiar with the campus before the semester starts, our Welcome to FIR event is the perfect opportunity to do so.
When: September 15, 2026 from 4:00 PM to approx. 6:00 PM
Where: Room Quattro Modulare at our Žižkov campus
