Do You Want to Become a Student Senator and Influence the Faculty? FIR Announces Elections to the Academic Senate.

The Board of Directors of the Academic Senate at FIR announces elections to the FIR Academic Senate for the term of office beginning on 1 July 2020 and ending on 30 June 2023.

The Academic Senate of the Faculty is its self-governing representative academic body. It has at least nine members, of which at least one third and at most one half are students. Members of the Academic Senate of the Faculty are elected by members of the Academic Community of the Faculty. Elections are direct, with a secret ballot.

Candidates register to the elections in an electronic form from the school’s email address. Applications are sent to the school’s e-mail address: volbyasfmv@vse.cz, from which the candidate will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of the application.

The applications are accepted until 31 March 2020 12 am.

The elections will take place on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at the University of Economics in Žižkov in the lobby of the Italian building (between the canteens) from 10:00 to 16:00.
